Tom has served executives regionally and nationally as a financial advisor for over 23 years. As a managing partner of a CPA firm for 11 years, Tom developed a passion and specialty in the design of tax efficient strategies for executive retirement programs. In 2005, Tom joined Bank Financial Services Group as a regional partner serving Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. With this position, Toms practice is devoted to serving community banks in the design, implementation and BOLI financing of supplemental retirement programs. These programs are designed to address the recruitment and retention objectives of the community bank without adversely impacting the bottom line of the bank. Tom is member of the of the Indiana Bankers Association, Michigan Bankers Association, Michigan Association of Community Bankers, Ohio Bankers League as well as the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
