Mark Blake
Partner
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He joined the BFS team in 2005, primarily serving banking institutions in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Nebraska and Kansas. Mark’s primary business concentration is working with community banks and closely held businesses on the analysis of existing BOLI and supplemental benefit plans, as well as the implementation of new individual and group plans. Mark holds membership in a variety of banking and insurance organizations, including the Minnesota Bankers Association; the Iowa Independent Bankers Association; the National Association of Life Underwriters and lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Round Table.
Matt Wilcox
Director
Matt Wilcox is the Director of BOLI Marketing for BFS Group Upper Midwest.
Matt brings to BFS Group an extensive sales and marketing background. He joined Bank Financial Services Group in April, 2008, after a three year stint as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Prior to that, Matt enjoyed a successful sales career in the private sector.

Matt is a native of Madison, WI, and attended the University of Minnesota. He currently resides in Minnetonka, MN.
