He is also a member of the North Carolina Bankers Association, South Carolina Bankers Association, Florida Bankers Association, and the Georgia Bankers Association. Prior to his work in the financial services industry, Tim was a Nuclear Missile Launch Officer in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, Tim earned his MBA. Tim also holds a Business Administration degree from UNCC in Charlotte, NC. |

Over his career, Matt has helped 100's of financial institutions across the United States retain and reward their key executives. Matt is a 1996 graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. |
