Larry Rowley - CA Larry Rowley specializes in Retirement, Business and Estate Planning. Larry became licensed in the field of Life Insurance in 1977 and later obtained his securities license, in 1982. He has had extensive experience in non-qualified employee benefits plans, focusing on financial institutions. In the 1980’s, Larry was one of two individuals that brought bank owned life insurance and non-qualified benefits to bankers in the state of California. He has since worked with many banks in designing and funding benefits for key executives. In consulting with banks, Larry utilizes a “WIN WIN” strategy, designing plans to motivate and retain key executives while achieving financial security for the executive in the retirement years. He has been a featured speaker at California Bankers Association seminars, World At Work, and has spoken extensively to trade and service organizations throughout California, on retirement and estate planning. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Larry is active in the National Association of Life Underwriters and past officer of the Riverside County Life Underwriter Association. |

Doug Hartzheim - MT Doug Hartzheim first began his insurance career with Northwestern Mutual in 1982 and immediately earned honors in the western states for becoming a top producer. In 1985 he formed Qualified Plan Services as a part of his practice of designing both qualified and non-qualified plans for the business marketplace. During the late eighties, he bought into a manufacturing company in Southern California and grew the business into a firm with national distribution, with over one hundred employees, using many of the recruiting techniques he had implemented over the years for his clients. He sold the company in 1999 and became involved with several different non-profit organizations for the next several years. Mr. Hartzheim joined BFS Group in 2003 and returned to his roots as a benefits consultant. He spends his time designing and implementing supplemental benefits programs for officers and directors of community banks and works with BFS Group partners in the western United States. Mr. Hartzheim is a registered investment advisor with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, holding the Series 63, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses. Doug enjoys implementing team building concepts and has spoken publicly and written articles on the subject of developing talent. He and his wife Margo have four children and enjoy spending time in both California and Montana with their family. |
